Pursuant to section 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes of the Maori reservation on the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, be redefined by adding to the purposes as set out in New Zealand Gazette, 29 September 1988, No. 164, page 3876, the words "To be known as the Pukerewa Marae" following the reference to the Ngati Tahinga and Ngati Karewa tribes.
