Pursuant to section 338 (5) (b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori Reservation comprising the general land described in the Schedule hereto, as set apart by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 September 1993, No. 136, page 2824, is hereby cancelled.
