Pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Lands,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:
(a) The interest of the Auckland Regional Authority in the land described in the Schedule ("the land") became vested in the Auckland Regional Council by virtue of an Order in Council dated 9 June 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 June 1989, giving effect to a final re-organisation;
(b) The interest of the Auckland Regional Council in
the land became vested in the Auckland City Council by virtue of a determination of the Local Government Commission dated 21 September 1992, pursuant to sections 89 and 97 of the Local Government Amendment Act 1992;
and further declares, pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette and to remain vested in the Auckland City Council.
