Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a landing place and scenic reserve for the common use and benefit of the shareholders of Waerenga East and West Blocks Incorporated.
