Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Marlborough District Council notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Marlborough District Council on the 6th day of March 2001:
"That in exercising the powers conferred on it by section 14 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Marlborough District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act."
Schedule
2428 square metres, more or less, being Section 1,
S.O. 4561, and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title 6A/207 (Marlborough Registry).
