Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of urupa, marae, kaumatua housing and cultural and recreational uses, to be known as Mangahuka for the common use and benefit of the owners of Ahipara B2 and their descendants.

All that piece of land situated in Blocks V, VII and VIII, Ahipara Survey District and described as follows:

in Partition Order of the Maori Land Court dated 19 June 1973.
