Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set aside as a Maori reservation for the purpose of
a marae for the common use and benefit of Ngati Kahungunu, Ngati Moe, Ngai Tatara, Ngati Kurumokihi, Ngai Rangitohumare and Aranga Kohuturi.

(more or less) Part of the land known as Arapaoanui 3C Block, situate in Block XIV, Moeangiangi Survey District, and being part of certificate of title K3, folio 675 and more particularly shown on the sketch plan attached to the Maori Land Court file 161 NA 291-3.
