Maori Reservations
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart as Maori reservations for the purpose of providing access to Lake Rotoiti for the common use and benefit of the general public of New Zealand.
