Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set aside as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae and shall be known as the Akura 1A1A Marae Reserve for the common use and benefit of the owners of Akura 1A1A and their descendants.
