Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act and Section 255 (2) (a) and Part XVI of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that at a duly constituted meeting of Mangapehi Club Incorporated held at Mangapehi on the
26th day of February 2001 at 3.20 p.m., the members resolved to place the club into voluntary liquidation and appointed Russell Dickens Young, chartered accountant of Te Kuiti, as liquidator of the club.
