Revocation of a Declaration of an Infected Area Under the Forest Disease Control Regulations 1967 (Notice No. 1209) (Dutch Elm Disease)

Pursuant to Regulation 7 of the Forest Disease Control Regulations 1967, I hereby revoke the declaration
of an infected area described in the Schedule below in respect of the disease Ophiostoma novo-ulmi (commonly known as Dutch Elm Disease), dated at Auckland on
9 December 1994 and notified in the New Zealand
Gazette, 15 December 1994, notice No. 9120, page 4428.
Schedule
North Shore City, Waitakere City, Auckland City, Manukau City, and that part of Papakura District south of the
Manukau City boundary bounded by Great South Road,
Old Wairoa Road and the Papakura Clevedon Road.
