Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 25 October 2001 at the District Court at Opotiki, an order was made against John Dick Tumarae to confiscate the following motor vehicle:
1987 Mazda 626, registration No. OP 2642.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this motor vehicle should contact the Registrar at the Court urgently as the Registrar may sell the motor vehicle.
