Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 13 September 2001 at the District Court at Opotiki, an order was made against Patrick Patahuri Minhinnick to confiscate the following motor vehicle:
1983 Nissan Pulsar, registration No. OJ 4714.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this motor vehicle should contact the Registrar at the Court urgently as the Registrar may sell the motor vehicle.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Criminal Justice
Act 1985.
