Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 320 (4) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), the liquidator has delivered to the Registrar of Companies the documents required, under section 318 (1) (e) of the Act, on receipt of which and provided no other objection is received, the Registrar of Companies must remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removal must be lodged within
20 working days of this notice.
