Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
Address of Registered Office: 72-74 Taranaki Street, Wellington.
Pursuant to a unanimous special resolution of the shareholders, under section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company, having ceased the carrying on of its business, having discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and having distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act, apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register.
A formal request has been filed.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the
7th day of December 2001.
