Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
I, Malcolm Welsford Nye, liquidator of Pacific Filter Systems Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 187 Campbell Road, Greenlane, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act, it is intended that the company be removed from the
New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than the 15th day of November 2001.
