Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register
Take notice that it is intended to remove Crown
Forestry Management Limited ("the company") from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets
in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
The company formerly managed certain forestry assets on behalf of the Crown, pursuant to a deed of appointment that terminated on the 30th day of June 2001.
The company at no time owned any of these assets in its own right and having now completed its appointed tasks, is being voluntarily wound up by the shareholders.
Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by not more than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
