Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is given that I, Richard Heywood Taylor, solicitor of Auckland, the liquidator of the above-named company, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the above-named company, whose registered office is situated at 3/55 Sentinel Road, Herne Bay, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that I have, as liquidator of the above-named company, sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 in respect of the above-named company and a copy of the notice referred to in section 320 (4) of the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 27th day of September 2001 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the
above-named company from the Register.
