Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (ii) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal from the New Zealand Register of New Zealand Radio Group Limited, whose registered office is situated at Auckland, on the grounds that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland by the 25th day of May 2001 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
