Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
The order of adjudication dated the 12th day of March 2001 against Molyn, Victor, of 14 Leeds Street, Wellington, was annulled by order of the High Court at Wellington on the 23rd day of April 2001.
The order of adjudication dated the 26th day of March 2001 against Szalkowski, Stanislaw Jan, of Wellington, was annulled by order of the High Court at Wellington on the 22nd day of May 2001.
