Take notice that on Thursday, the 8th day of November 2001, an application for putting Brogan Logging Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Blenheim.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Blenheim on Friday, the 7th day of December 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Blairs Supertyre Distributors Limited, whose address for service is at Macfarlane Dougall Stringer, Level One, Langwood House, 90 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
