Take notice that on the 18th day of September 2001, an application for the appointment of a liquidator and for putting PMT Contractors Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 6th day of December 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Smiths Underground Services, whose address for service is 25 Chingford Close, Mangere, or King Alofivae Malosi, Barristers & Solicitors, 15 Osterley Way, Manukau City.
