Take notice that on the 11th day of September 2001, an application for putting Yes Motor Company Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on the 25th day of October 2001 at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Direct (Timaru) Limited, of 12A Melbourne Street, Dunedin, whose address for service is 13 Theodosia Street, Timaru.
The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the address of the plaintiff's solicitor.
