Take notice that on the 17th day of September 2001, an application for putting Kudos Gardens Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Tuesday, the 23rd day of October 2001 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Anameadle Nominees Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Solicitors, Level Nine, Clarendon Tower, corner of Worcester Street and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
