Take notice that on the 7th day of September 2001, an application for putting Advance International Wine
& Liquor Merchants Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 8th day of November 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Mahurangi Estate Winery Limited, of Auckland, whose address for service is at the offices of its solicitor, Warren Ladbrook, at 11B Augustus Terrace, Parnell, Auckland.
