Take notice that on the 13th day of August 2001, an application for the liquidation of Rocket Productions Limited was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 15th day of October 2001 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
