Take notice that on the 8th day of August 2001, an application for the liquidation of Seacliffe Properties Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 27th day of September 2001 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Fletcher Distribution Limited (trading
as Placemakers Albany), whose address for service is
