Take notice that on the 30th day of July 2001, an application for the winding up of Pihanga Logging Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at
14 Ruapehu Street, Taupo, and carrying on business there as a logging company, was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 17th day of September 2001 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Titan Plant Services Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Thomas Dewar Sziranyi Druce, Solicitors, Second Floor, 1 Margaret Street (P.O. Box 31-240), Lower Hutt.
