Take notice that on the 14th day of November 2000, an application to put Martensen Gladden & Co Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 2nd day of February 2001 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
