Regions 11 and 12
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand
Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the
bylaw as follows.
A m e n d m e n t
1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. In the Third Schedule after clause 11 (c) insert:
The section of State Highway No. 6 in Westland District from a point (Route Position 463/5.25)
950 metres measured generally in a north-easterly direction from the intersection of Richards Drive to
a point (Route Position 463/6.35) approximately
150 metres measured generally in a southerly direction from the intersection with Richards Drive; a distance of 1.10 kilometres.
After clause 12 insert:
The section of State Highway No. 7 in Grey District from a point (Route Position 255/15.13) 480 metres measured generally in a north-westerly direction from Omoto Valley Road to a point (Route Position 255/17.56) measured approximately 340 metres in an easterly direction from the intersection with State Highway No. 6; a distance of 2.43 kilometres.
This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
