Notice of Appointment of Compromise Receivers
and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of July 2001, Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the property of Waipuna International Limited under the powers contained in a registered debenture, dated the 20th day of February 1995 and subsequently assigned, given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking and assets.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are: Corporate Finance Limited, Level Three, 115 Queen Street, Auckland.
