Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We, Grant Robert Graham and Michael Peter Stiassny, hereby give notice that on the 21st day of December 2000 at 9.30 a.m., we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of Signing On Limited, pursuant to a debenture dated the 15th day of April 1999.
