Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 30th day of November 2001 at 5.35 p.m. and 5.40 p.m. respectively, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Peake Holdings Limited and Peake Financial Limited be liquidated and that Kenneth Peter Brown and Sheree Ann Hart, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The business of the companies has been sold and they are no longer trading.
The liquidations commenced on the 30th day of November 2001 at 5.35 p.m. and 5.40 p.m. respectively.

The directors have resolved that the companies will be able to pay their debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, copies of the resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
