Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 26th day of October 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Angell Properties Limited be liquidated and that Noel Alan Eagle, chartered accountant of Eastbourne, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of October 2001 at 9.50 a.m.
