Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Newmark Enterprises Limited and Maratoto Holdings Limited (both in liquidation) on the 5th day of November 2001 at 11.55 a.m. and 12.00 midday respectively, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
