Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole, chartered accountants and insolvency practitioners, were appointed liquidators of Piano City Limited (in liquidation) on the 27th day of September 2001 at 10.35 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c).
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 30th day of October 2001, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 (1) (a), the liquidators have decided to dispense with the calling of a meeting of the creditors on the basis that a dividend to unsecured creditors in excess
of 20 cents in the dollar is unlikely. However, should
any creditor require that such a meeting be called, please deliver written notice to this effect to the liquidators within 10 working days of this notice.
