Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Warwick Leslie Syers, chartered accountant of Crawford Syers & Hamilton Limited, was appointed liquidator of E Sketchley Earthmovers Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of September 2001.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of
the company during normal business hours to W. Syers at 113 Bank Street, Whangarei, or telephone (09) 438 8879.
This liquidation is a formality to enable the strike off of this company now that Ted Sketchley has retired and sold the business to his son, Michael, who is continuing to trade under the name of Sketchley Earthmovers Limited.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 27th day of September 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
