Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 15th day of August 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to sections 122 and 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Station Investments Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Gavin Woodward, accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of August 2001.
