Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of August 2001, a special resolution was passed that the company, having ceased trading, be liquidated and that Richard Boyd Guise be appointed liquidator.
Notice of Intention to Remove the Company
It is intended to apply to remove the company, in accordance with section 318 (1) (e), as soon as practicable.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 27th day of August 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312.
