Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stuart Raymond Cann and Peter Ross McLean, chartered accountants of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Ra Ora Stud Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of July 2001 at 10.30 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 16th day of August 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
