Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is given that by a duly called special meeting of the above-named companies on the 28th day of March 2001,
a special resolution was passed by the companies stating that the companies be wound up voluntarily and Helen Elizabeth Walker be appointed as liquidator.
Declarations of solvency have been filed in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of the companies fixes the 27th day of April 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
