Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 6th day of March 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Castle Rock Dairy Farms Limited be liquidated and that Peter Wayne Dobbs, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of March 2001.
