Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Final Date for Proving Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 15th day of February 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Rogers Travel Limited be liquidated and that Robert Alexander Kidd, chartered accountant of Te Kuiti, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of February 2001.
Final date for proofs of debt is the 21st day of March 2001.
