Notice of Meeting
Pursuant to Section 290 (1) of the Companies Act 1955
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors and members of the company will be held at the Rimu Room, Bureta Park Motor Inn, Bureta Road, Otumoetai, Tauranga on the 29th day of February 2000 at 10.30 a.m.
