Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
A meeting of creditors is called to consider:
(a) An explanation from the liquidator of administration since appointment.
(b) Confirmation of the existing liquidator or the appointment of a replacement.
(c) To receive the views of creditors.
(d) General business.
The meeting will be held on Monday, the 26th day of June 2000 at 11.00 a.m., Ground Floor, Conference Room, Bower House, 24 Bower Street, Napier.
