Pursuant to section 338 (5) (a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court to exclude areas from the Maori reservation created by virtue of a notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 October 1996, No. 150, page 3997, the areas described in the Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the said Maori reservation.
