Redefining the Purposes of a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) and (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, the purposes of the Maori reservation which was set aside as a Maori reservation in the New Zealand Gazette,
19 September 1967, No. 56, page 1451, is hereby redefined from "a meeting place and recreation and sports ground for the common use and benefit of the Maori people" to
"a meeting place, building site, recreation and sports ground, for the use and benefit of Ngati Raukawa and the beneficial owners of the land and their descendants".
