Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Declares the land in the First Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 116C/212, subject to mortgage D. 328102.3.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 116C/212, subject to mortgage D. 328102.3.
