Pursuant to section 338 (5) (a) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in
(i) of the Schedule hereto, is hereby excluded from the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as Mataitai B2 (formerly known as Mataita B2B) which was set aside for the purpose of a marae site to be called
Te Wairoa Marae for the common use and benefit of the Maori people of the district by notice published in the
New Zealand Gazette, No. 154, page 3209 of 24 September 1992, which notice was redefined by corrigendum published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 35, page 716 of 18 March 1993 and the land described in (ii) of the Schedule hereto, is hereby substituted therefore.
