Pursuant to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, and to the Reserves Act 1977 and
to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Auckland Regional Council on the 15th day of June 1998:
"In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Auckland Regional Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the First Schedule, shall be declared to be recreation reserve, and in the Second Schedule, shall be declared to be scenic reserve."
